The East Wanneroo Area should be urbanized for the following good reasons: -Close to Shopping Centres -Close to Hospitals -Close to City of Joondulup -Close to Schools When you keep urbanizing the coast , you have to continue building all of the above. We have been waiting for Urbanization of this land for 30 years.
