Hi,
Does anyone know where the current developers operating in Banksia Grove stand? I know that they are part of a joint initiative with State Gov that started with previous government…but what do they think?

Surely it’s bad for business to have industry so close to their development. Are they being gagged due to the joint initiative with government? I keep running into angry people who have just purchased land in BG and then found out about the plan to industrialise. So obviously developers are not telling their potential clients about it…Is that against the law?

Has anyone contacted them for comment?
